Do you also drool over kebabs? Personally, I love kebabs, especially with my tea in the evening. Although non-veg kebabs are often preferred more than veg kebabs, there are some delicious vegetarian options you must try. Today in this article, we’ll tell you about some great recipes for veg kebabs. You can make these kebabs for any birthday, kitty, cocktail or tea party. So without wasting any time, let’s dig into these recipes.

Masala Bread Poha Kebab

Ingredients:

  1. Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  2. Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  4. Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
  5. Coriander leaves - 2 spoons
  6. Bread powder - 2 teaspoon
  7. Salt - according to taste
  8. Onion - finely chopped
  9. Chaat masala - 1/ 2 tsp
  10. Boiled potato - 1
  11. Oil - 3 spoons
  12. Poha - 2 cup

Method:

  1. First, take out the poha after soaking it well in water. 
  2. Add potatoes, salt, onion and other spices to mix it well.
  3. Then, shape it like a kebab and keep it in a vessel.
  4. Now put butter or oil in a pan to heat.
  5. Wrap the kebabs in bread crumbs, put them in the pan and fry them till golden brown.

Makhmali Kebab

Ingredients:

  1. Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
  2. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  4. Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
  5. Rajma - 1 cup soaked
  6. Bread powder - 2 tsp
  7. Ginger peat - 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt - as per taste
  9. Potato - 1 boiled
  10. Paneer - 2 tsp
  11. Oil - 3 tsp

Method:

  1. First, put the soaked kidney beans in the cooker and boil them well. 
  2. After cooling down, grind them in the mixer coarsely.
  3. Now, take the rajma paste in a vessel and mix it with boiled potatoes, green chillies, ginger chaat masala, chilli powder and salt.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Now, take out the rajma mixture, put some cheese in the middle and shape it like a kebab.
  6. After this, wrap it in breadcrumbs and fry it in the pan.

Walnut Paneer Kebab

Ingredients:

  1. Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
  2. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  4. Grated Carrot - 1/2 cup
  5. Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
  6. Bread powder - 2 tsp
  7. Salt - as per taste
  8. Ginger - 1/2 inch
  9. Paneer - 1/2 tsp
  10. Walnut - 1 cup
  11. Oil - 3 tsp

Method:

  1. First, roast the walnuts.
  2. After cooling, grind them in the mixer.
  3. Add cheese, green chilli, chaat masala, ginger, salt etc., to this mixture and blend it well.
  4. Next, add carrot to this mixture, mix it well, and shape it like a kebab.
  5. Now, heat oil and fry the kebabs in a pan till golden brown.
  6. If you want, you can also serve by adding cheese on top.
