How to make tomato soup?

  1. First of all, clean, cut spinach, tomato, ginger well and keep them aside.
  2. Now heat some water, boil the spinach, tomato, and ginger in a pan.
  3. After cooking, let it cool down, put it in the mixer, and grind the mixture well.
  4. After this, heat a cup of water in a pan, add the prepared mixture and cook for some time.
  5. After 3-4 minutes, add other ingredients and cook.
  6. After cooking, put butter, lemon juice in the soup and turn off the gas by stirring it once.

CARROT AND GINGER SOUP

  5. Ginger - 2 chopped
  6. Salt - as per taste
  7. Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
  8. Cumin - 1/2 tsp
  9. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  10. Oil - 2 tsp

  1. First of all, in a pan, heat oil, add cumin, carom seeds, asafoetida and fry it for some time.
