* Fruit Skewers

Fruit skewers are the latest trend on the internet. One might have seen hundreds of Instagram reels related to chocolate-dipped fruit skewers. Making fruit skewers at home is the easiest way to impress one’s partner, without having to spend a lot of time cooking and the hassle of using multiple ingredients altogether. To make fruit skewers at home, one simply needs the fruits of choice. Ideally, strawberries are used to make chocolate-dipped fruit skewers but one may go for any other fruit of their choice.

It is important to make sure that the fruit has an edible and sturdy outer covering so that the skewer remains firm. To make the skewers, take the strawberries and wash them out well. Remove the upper leaves and then let them dry. Now in a pan, melt some chocolate. Once the chocolate has been melted properly, put some strawberries in skewers and then cover them with the melted chocolate properly. The coating must be uniform. Now one can choose to eat the chocolate strawberries as it is or freeze them in the refrigerator for some time.

* Beetroot Parathas

This is anyways the perfect season for the most crunchy and sweet beetroot. So making a beetroot Paratha can be a perfect choice. To make this delicious Paratha one has to simply grate some beetroots and fill them in a soft kneaded dough made from wheat flour. After stuffing the Paratha, roll it properly and then put it on the pan to cook. To make it even more visually attractive, one can cut the Paratha in the shape of a heart with the help of a knife.
