No grill pans? No problem, because this paneer tikka can be made on a sandwich griller too
Whenever there’s a party or a get-together at home, easy-to-eat snacks are preferred by guests. Something that you can pop in your mouth and eat, something like a tikka. Tikkas are bite-sized delicacies that were prepared in Mughal kitchens by marinating meat or vegetables in spices and cooking on a tandoor. One vegetarian tikka that is popular today is the paneer tikka. While most recipes use a grill pan, there’s a hack to make it on a sandwich griller too.

The soft cubes of paneer are diced and marinated in spices for some time. Then, along with chopped bell peppers and onions, the paneer is laden on the skewers. However, in place of a grill pan, you can easily use a sandwich griller to make paneer tikka at home. Chicken Grilled Sandwich: Comforting Food For The Hunger Pangs
Ingredients:
• 4 diced paneer
• 2 onions
• 2 bell peppers
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 cups curd
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
• 1 tbsp burnt mustard oil
• 1 cup roasted besan/gram flour
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• White salt
• Black salt
• Garam masala
• Red chilli powder
• Kashmiri chilli powder
• Roasted cumin seeds
• Jeera

Method:
1. In a bowl, add curd, roasted besan, lemon juice, burnt mustard oil, ginger garlic chilli paste and all the masalas.
2. Give it a nice mix.
3. Add paneer, onion, bell peppers and tomatoes to it.
4. Mix them gently.
5. Keep it aside for 30-40 minutes for marination.
6. After marination, take skewers and start placing the pieces of paneer and veggies.
7. Grill them on a griller (keep on turning the sides).
8. Once all sides are grilled, it is ready to serve.
Serving:
1. Serve it with onion rings, lemon and chaat masala on it.
