This recipe involves boneless chicken and comes with a twist of mangoes. The addition of mangoes gives this dish a tangy and sweet flavour. To make Mango Chilli Chicken, one needs to first coat the boneless chicken chunks, and fry them in hot oil. To coat the boneless chicken chunks, you simply need to mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and ginger-garlic paste. Add the cubed chicken to the bowl and coat it nicely with the flour mixture. Keep it aside for a while. After that, drop the chicken pieces one by one into hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown and crisp. For the extra crispiness, double fry the chicken pieces. You can even bake or air fry the chicken pieces as per your choice.
