Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 5 ounces vanilla vodka
- 2 ounces white creme de menthe
- ½ ounce peppermint schnapps
Method
- Pour vodka, creme de menthe and peppermint schnapps in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into two martini glasses. Garnish with peppermint sticks and enjoy.
Peppermint Cosmopolitan
Ingredients
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 ounces vodka
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 8 ice cubes
- 8 mini candy canes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Method
- Combine juice, vodka, peppermint and 1/2 cup water in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously until chilled.
- Strain into 8 shot glasses. Garnish with mint and candy canes. Serve.
Chocolate Peppermint Martini
Ingredients
- 1 ounce peppermint schnapps
- 2 ounces chocolate liqueur
- 2 ounces half n half
For decoration
- 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
- Candy canes for garnish
Method
Glass decoration:
- Drizzle chocolate syrup around the edge of a martini glass, then place it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Cocktail:
- Fill a shaker with ice. Add the peppermint schnapps, chocolate liqueur, and half and half into it and shake well.
- Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with a candy cane and enjoy.
Minty Moscow Mule
Ingredients
- 3 cups vodka
- ¾ cup fresh lime juice
- ¾ cup ginger-mint simple syrup
- 4 cups ginger beer, chilled
- Fresh mint, to garnish
Method
- Combine the vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup in a pitcher.
- Cover and keep in the refrigerator overnight. Mix ginger beer just before serving.
- To serve, ladle into glasses filled with crushed ice. Enjoy.
Peppermint Snowflake Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 ounces vanilla vodka
- 2 ounces half and half
- 1.5 ounces peppermint schnapps
- sugar for rimming glass
- peppermint stick for garnish
Method
- Pour sugar on a plate. Wet the rim of a martini glass and dip in the sugar.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add vodka, half and half and schnapps.
- Shake vigorously until chilled and strain into glass. Serve.
Peppermint White Russian
Ingredients
- 3 ounces peppermint vodka
- 1.5 ounces peppermint kaluha
- 1.5 ounces half and half
For Garnish:
- Crushed peppermints
- White chocolate syrup
- Red food dye
- Candy cane
Method
- To prepare your glass, dip the rim into the chocolate syrup and then into the crushed peppermints.
- Then mix the red food dye with the chocolate syrup. Next drizzle the mixture on the inner side of the glass.
- In a shaker, combine the vodka, Kaluha, and half and half. Stir gently to combine. Now pour cocktail in the glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a candy cane. Enjoy.
