Peppermint Tequila Shots

Ingredients 

  • 6 ounces Blanco tequila 
  • 2 ounces peppermint schnapps 

Method 

  • Mix the tequila and peppermint schnapps together in a glass container and let it sit in the freezer for about two hours. 
  • When ready to serve, pour the drink into a cocktail shaker with ice. 
  • Shake well until chilled and pour into 4 shot glasses. Enjoy. 

Peppermint Margarita 

Ingredients 

  • 1 peppermint teabag 
  • 1 oz. water 
  • 1 oz. premium tequila 
  • ½ oz. blue curaçao 
  • ¼ oz. triple sec 
  • 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice 
  • ½ oz. sugar cane juice 
  • 3 oz. Hpnotiq liqueur 
  • 4 fresh mint leaves 
  • kosher salt, for garnish 
  • turbinado sugar, for garnish

Method 

  • Steep teabag in boiling water for 3 minutes and allow it to cool. In a cocktail shaker, combine peppermint infusion, tequila, Blue Curaçao, Grand Marnier, lime juice and sugar cane juice. 
  • Shake until chilled. Rub mint leaves on rim of glass prepare the glass with Kosher salt and turbinado sugar. 
  • Pour the liquid into the glass with ice. Garnish mint and enjoy. 

Peppermint Paloma 

Ingredients 

  • 60 ml Blanco tequila 
  • 30 ml peppermint syrup 
  • 15 ml fresh grapefruit juice 
  • Lime juice 
  • Ice 
  • Club soda 
  • Grapefruit wedge for garnish 

Method 

  • In a cocktail shaker, add tequila, peppermint syrup, grapefruit juice, and lime. 
  • Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with club soda. 
  • Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and serve. 

Peppermint Sparkler 

Ingredients 

  • 1 peppermint tea bag 
  • Sparkling water 
  • 1 teaspoon honey 
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish 

Method 

  • Boil water and steep the tea bag in a cup for about 4 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature. 
  • Once done, remove the tea bag and chill it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Pour the cooled tea into a glass. 
  • Add sparkling water to the drink and stir in honey. Garnish the cocktail with fresh mint leaves. Serve. 

Candy Cane Cooler 

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml don julio blanco tequila 
  • 100 ml cranberry juice 
  • 20 ml peppermint syrup 
  • 15 ml lime juice 
  • ice cubes 
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish 

Method 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in tequila and cranberry juice to it. Pour peppermint syrup into the mix and squeeze fresh lime juice into it. 
  • Shake the ingredients vigorously until chilled. 
  • Strain the drink into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Serve immediately. 

Peppermint Hot Chocolate Tequila 

Ingredients 

  • 250 ml milk  
  • 15 ml dark cocoa powder 
  • 15 ml granulated sugar 
  • 2-3 drops of peppermint extract 
  • Pinch of sea salt 
  • 30 ml Don Julio Blanco tequila 

Method 

  • In a medium saucepan, add all ingredients except for the tequila. Combine well and heat on low until the mixture gently boils. 
  • Switch off the heat and let it cool slightly. Add tequila and whisk again. 
  • Pour spiced hot chocolate into three mugs or glass. Top each of them with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy.
