It’s Valentine’s Day and everyone is busy celebrating it with their partner. But for gastronomes, their one true love is food, and nothing comes closer to it. Tripti Dimri is a fellow foodie, and her Valentine’s Day story is proof. While the actor is known for her fitness and roles in films like Bulbbul and Qala, she is a desi at heart when it comes to indulgence.

From relishing parathas, while promoting Bad Newz to devouring local delights on her treks and vacations with friends, the actor is always setting bars high for her fellow epicureans. This time, she has taken it up a notch. Instead of posting lovely pictures with her partner, she is busy celebrating Valentine’s Day with Tibetan delicacy.

Taking to her Instagram story, Tripti Dimri shared an image of a plate of momo with red hot chutney on the side. The dumplings were placed in a bamboo steamer and flaunting the vegetarian stuffing inside.

Over the red sauce, the actor wrote, “Happy Valentine’s Day.” Foodie or not, everybody likes to spend this day enjoying delicious treats with their spouse, friends, and family.

Tripti Dimri’s Favourite Food

If you need proof of how much Tripti Dimri loves her food, you can scour through her old interviews. In the past, the actor has revealed that ‘Chaisu Bhaat’, an Assamese dish blended with Pahadi cuisine, and prepared using rice and black lentils is her favourite.

In some interviews, the actor has also confessed that she likes to cook but is a part of 3-4 people. She loves Garhwali delicacies and often relishes them when she spends time in her hometown or at a gathering with her relatives.

The actor also has a sweet tooth, and she confessed to having a sweet tooth and enjoying gulthiya, a traditional Pahadi halwa comprising ghee, jaggery, and atta. Apart from Indian dishes, the actor also loves Italian delicacies, chocolate decadence, Japanese sushi, comforting biryani, and more.
