Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup steamed green peas

1 teaspoon each:

  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Cumin powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Brown sugar
  • Black pepper
  • Pink salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour

Method

  • Rub the olive oil on the cooked chickpeas and green peas separately as you preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
  • Sprinkle the rice flour on both ingredients and transfer them to the air fryer. Make sure to do the chickpeas and peas separately. Air fry for 12-14 minutes per batch and set aside.
  • Combine all the spice powders and sugar in a small bowl and toss the crunchy peas and chickpeas in the spice blend. Serve at room temperature.

Ingredients [For Chicken]

  • 250 grams chicken thighs, cubed
  • ¼ cup rice flour
  • ¼ cup corn flour
  • ¼ cup corn flakes
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking power
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 8 tbsp buttermilk/ Dahi + water
  • ½ tsp pumpkin seed powder
  • ½ tsp sunflower seed powder
  • ¼ tsp flaxseed powder

Ingredients [For Marinade]

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp baking soda

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients for the marinade and add the chicken to it. Rest it in the fridge overnight.
  • The next day, bring the chicken to room temperature, while you mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C, and extract the chicken pieces to toss in the dry coating.
  • Place each piece in the air fryer and spray some oil on top. Cook for 5 minutes before flipping through halfway, for even crispness. Chop some green chillies for garnish and serve hot.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¾ cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Cinnamon sugar, for dusting (optional)

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl to make a soft dough, while you preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
  • Lay the dough out on a clean floured surface and roll out into a 1-inch thick slab. Cut into 3-inch squares and brush with butter.
  • Place gently in the air fryer and cook for 4 minutes per side. Remove and dust some cinnamon sugar on top before serving warm.
