  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Cumin powder
  • Chaat masala

  • Black pepper
  • Pink salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour

  • Rub the olive oil on the cooked chickpeas and green peas separately as you preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
  • Sprinkle the rice flour on both ingredients and transfer them to the air fryer. Make sure to do the chickpeas and peas separately. Air fry for 12-14 minutes per batch and set aside.
  • Combine all the spice powders and sugar in a small bowl and toss the crunchy peas and chickpeas in the spice blend. Serve at room temperature.
