This Viral Moradabadi Dal Chaat Has Left Netizens Drooling

One such viral video highlighting one of Moradabad’s moreish street foods is doing rounds on the internet and we are surely craving it.

In this video uploaded by the food blogger @thisisdelhi we can see a Moradabadi street vendor making one of the city's best comfort foods: dal ki chaat. The vendor is seen adding pressure-cooked dal along with some butter to a vessel and cooking it to bring it to a thicker consistency. He then serves this dal with some butter, jeera powder, garam masala, paneer, lemon juice, dal khurchan and some papdi for crunch. The vendor sells the chaat for ₹40 in front of Chaddha Complex, Buddh Bazaar, Moradabad.
