This Healthy Chocolate Feast Is A Steal. Recipe Inside

There is a common misconception among people that chocolate is not good for the body. Rather, the truth is that chocolate consumption is healthy. Many known studies have claimed that chocolates can actually help in lowering blood pressure, increasing blood circulation to the heart, and promoting a healthy heart. Thus, we have chosen a chocolate dessert for you to break all your myths. The dessert we are talking about is his chocolate-banana-cashew popsicle. 

Attention all with a sweet tooth, this is a yummy treat that you guys can enjoy guilt-free. When we say guilt-free, we actually mean it. This is because this popsicle neither contains refined sugar nor any sort of artificial flavours. It also doesn’t have packed dairy products. Aren’t you excited? Here is the quick recipe of this healthy yet yummy treat you just cannot miss.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup soaked cashews
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup coconut butter
  • ½ de-seeded dates
  • 3 tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup jaggery (powdered)
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  • Take a blender and add one banana to it.
  • Add soaked cashews, coconut milk and de-seeded dates. 
  • Add 2 tsp cocoa powder and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend everything together into a smooth paste.
  • Pour the mixture into a popsicle mould.
  • Let them freeze overnight or at least for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Meanwhile, take the blender again for preparing the coating mix
  • Add jaggery powder, ½ cup cocoa powder, coconut butter and hot water into the blend.
  • Again, blend everything into a smooth paste.
  • Take out the frozen popsicles and coat them with the coating mix
  • Top it with your favourite nuts.
  • Keep it in the freezer again and let it freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Once ready, dig in and enjoy!!!
