While body transformations and weight loss journeys of actors are not uncommon, it was Hina Khan who forayed into Bollywood from the small screen and showed herself in a whole new light. Hina today is known for her fitness regime, fashion sense, and bold personality. A lesser-known aspect of the actor, however, is that she’s also a die-hard foodie.
If you don’t believe us, take a look at her Instagram stories and you’ll know. The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actor is currently vacationing in Thailand with her mother. The mesmerising views of the sea are surely giving us major vacay goals, but what is even more enticing are her food spreads. Right from the moment she entered her resort until the time she was leaving, Hina gave us a sneak peek into her tid-bits.
There were a host of things - including exotic Thai fruits, tea, and other special beverages that are unique to the place. Then, there was pasta and some more fruity bites. It was during one of the dinners that we saw her indulging in authentic Thai food, where she wrote, “Experienced authentic Thai food”, and the spread looked drool-worthy.
Thai Spring Rolls
One could spot grills on the table, loaded with all kinds of vegetables and meat. There was an entire section of salads kept on the side. Moreover, there were a lot of cold cuts and fruits too. The next day, we saw her eating the traditional Thai spring rolls with a sweet and spicy sauce. There was an icy fruit cocktail too, along with some condiments and bread.
However, this isn’t the first time Hina has expressed her love for food. During vacations, Hina is known to go on a food spree. Be it her Egypt diaries or Cannes festival treats in France, there have always been things like hummus, pita bread, baba ganoush as well as spaghetti adorning her meals on her trips. In fact, around Eid, her Iftar spread was no less than a lavish feast. A while ago, Hina was in the capital with her co-star Shaheer Sheikh for promotions and the two dug into a desi, meaty meal at Karim’s in Old Delhi.
