Ingredients:

  • 1 cup thick yoghurt
  • 5 tbsps oil
  • 1 onion paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 5 tbsps lemon juice
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder 
  • Salt, to taste 
  • Coriander, for garnishing

Method:

  • The marinade ingredients should be mixed in a large container and blended into a paste using a whisk.
  • Now, you need to add the powdered spices and whisk everything in a proper manner.
  • Use your hands to evenly coat both sides of the fish fillet as you add it to the marinade.
  • Place a lid on the marinated bowl and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Now skewer the fish and put some coriander on it.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes.
