Dolce Far Niente or the sweetness of doing nothing, as it is usually described is an Italian idiom that gained prominence after it was used in the movie, ‘Eat Pray Love’. The idiom refers to the pleasant feeling of idleness and relaxation. It could be anything, from a long run to deep sleep or even enjoying your meal in peace. Far away from the worries of the world and hustle-bustle of life, Tara Sutaria took some time off yesterday to relax. The Student Of The Year 2 actress rose to fame after her debut and has been seen in a plethora of films ever since. The pretty and petite lady from Bollywood expressed on a comedy chat show that she doesn’t work out at all. Although she believes that everyone should, she remarks how big of a foodie she is and how all conversations in her family revolve around food.

The Ek Villain actress belongs to a Parsi family and their obsession with food is no stranger to us. In another interview, she also revealed that her breakfast usually comprises of Eggs Kejriwal. When she was vacationing in Maldives, we also saw her indulging in a lavish seafood platter.

This time, we caught her after her swim. She posted a picture on her Instagram handle and tagged the location as Breach Candy Club Swimming Pool. At this well-known club in South Bombay, Tara enjoys a plate of grilled sandwiches by the poolside. There are three stacks of sandwiches in the frame, layered with chicken and bacon we’re guessing. On the side, there are a lot of fries. She captioned it saying, "Dolce Far Niente".

Made with slices of Italian bread, the sandwich is layered with thinly-sliced eggplants. Seasoned with some salt and pepper, the Jarlsberg cheese is shredded and sprinkled over it. For grilling, olive oil is used. Once it has the grill marks on the bread, you can eat it up as it is. This is an easy and quick recipe that requires minimum ingredients.
