A true blue foodie, Taapsee Pannu eats 6 times a day and doesn’t deprive herself to stay fit

The very mention of Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu is enough to silence crowds. A power-packed performer, she serves as an inspiration not just because of the variety of roles she essays, but how her reel and real-life are intrinsically linked. She’s vocal and fiery, and walks the talk, even when it comes to her lifestyle and dietary habits. Taapsee recently opened about her body’s transformation journey with the help of celeb nutritionist Munmun Ganeriwal.

Here’s what Taapsee revealed in the video shared by Munmun, “I am a Delhi sardarni and love my food. I wanted someone who understands that, who doesn’t deprive me of the food I like to eat. I can’t eat anything that I don’t like,” she says, adding that this is the same mantra she followed, even while training for Rashmi Rocket, in which she played the role of an athlete.

To break a few stereotypes to lay down a new path ahead for many to follow. This Women’s Day I am cheering for the front runners in the fight to #BreakTheBias #ShabaashMithu #ShabaashWomen #shabaashyou”.

Taapsee Pannu’s diet plan

Of course, Taapsee’s fitness levels are of utmost importance, which is why she “eats 6 times a day.” No kidding, here’s what the actor wrote in an earlier post, “The diet that helped me deal with my bad metabolism, the diet that helped me get the body of an athlete ‘all naturally’, but most importantly the diet that bust every other myth about ‘dieting’.”

“I eat 6 times a day and all my meals have CARBS! N this is strictly as per my diet plan by the one and only Munmun Ganeriwal.”

Here’s more you need to know about Taapsee’s nutritionist, Munmun’s approach to a healthy diet. Ready to find out?

In a recent post, Munmun wrote, “I truly believe that good health is not all about superfoods and tough exercises. In real life, many situations affect our decision-making, whether to go for that doughnut or not? “Nah! Maybe I will start to exercise from tomorrow” and so on. Career, relationships, and health are probably the three areas that dominate our life.

In Taapsee’s case, Munum has earlier shared with a publication that the actress would eat vegetarian food that comprised of rice, a bowl of curd, and some vegetables. For dinner, she ate organic meat and fish, along with jowar or barley. All her food was freshly made, and cold-pressed sesame oil was used, apart from traditional, cultured ghee!
