Strawberry Granola Yoghurt Bark: Yummy Breakfast Recipe

Easy to prepare, Strawberry Granola Yogurt Bark is a delightful recipe to have during daylight. It is prepared with just four ingredients. And it takes only a few minutes to prepare it and bring it onto the table.

Here’s how to prepare this healthy as well as tasty Strawberry Granola Yoghurt Bark recipe at home.

Servings: 8 

Ingredients:

1 (24 ounces) container Vanilla Greek Yoghurt

2 tsp Honey

1 cup of Strawberries sliced thin

1 cup Granola

Nuts as per your choice 

Method:

Take a big bowl and put yoghurt as well as honey in it. Mix them properly 

Once it is properly mixed, spread the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Make sure to cover the pan in aluminium foil in a proper way 

Next, spread the strawberries and the granola over the top of this yoghurt. Press the strawberries and the granola a bit into the yoghurt using your hands 

Now, freeze it in a refrigerator for approximately 1 hour until it gets completely frozen

Once done, take it out from the freezer and cut them into 12 slices using a knife or pizza cutter. Finally, serve these healthy Strawberry Granola Yogurt Bark. You can also keep it in a freezer and serve it later

 Important Points To Note:

You can always add other dry fruits such as almonds, pistachios and walnuts to this recipe as per your taste
