Strawberry Daiquiri (Without Alcohol) Mocktail is a vibrant, red-coloured riff on the traditional Daiquiri Cocktail, which is made of rum, lime juice and sugar syrup. The origins of the drink, unlike others, is very well known. Experts believe that the first Daiquiri Cocktail was invented by Jennings Cox in 1896. Cox was an American engineer living in Cuba, who ran out of gin while throwing a party and replaced it with rum. Soon, others living in Cuba picked up on the recipe and added their own twists. Ernest Hemingway famously asked bartenders to double the amount of rum and get rid of the sugar syrup, while mixologists at El Floridita in Havana created their own version.

By the 1940s, Daiquiri Cocktail was popular all over the world, and soon the Strawberry Daiquiri (Without Alcohol) Mocktail was born.
