Sobhita Dhulipala Relishes Bhakri, Sol Kadhi During Safari Trip

For anyone who wants to enjoy a vacation that feels rejuvenating, do it like Sobhita Dhulipala! The Made In Heaven actress, who stole time from her busy schedule, spent time watching the animals and birds at the Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary located in the heart of Maharashtra. Sharing a few glimpses from her trip, Sobhita also shared a delicious Saoji thali meal that she relished at Palaash – chef Amninder Sandhu’s forest restaurant.

The meal – which was plated with a host of different preparations – included bhakri, two varieties of thecha, a salad, a preparation of moong dal cooked with greens, crispy fried okra, a fiery red curry and another dry preparation of chicken. To wash down this delicious thali, there was also a glass of sol kadhi that sat on the plate, along with a yoghurt based dish garnished with crushed pistachios. Chef Amninder, who also left a comment on the post that Sobhita shared on social media, expressed her delight and said, “So happy to see you enjoyed another dining experience by me.”

Not known to swear by a strict diet or workout regimen, Sobhita has been a self-confessed lover of ghee and home-cooked Andhra meals. With a typical breakfast that includes idli with tomato chutney or podi, she has also talked about how she isn’t too fussy about her meals and usually enjoys what she eats.
