INGRIDEINTS 

    Mava Muffin – 1no

    Custard 50gm

    Rose Cream 50gm

    Apple carrot murabba 80gm

    Bourbon Whiskey 45ml

PREPARATION METHOD 

    In a wide mouth bowl, pour 45ml - 60ml bourbon whiskey and put the muffin inside the bowl to absorb the flavor 

    In a whisky glass layer the base with custard. Now place the muffin on top of this base and pipe the custard and rose cream with the help of a piping bag on the side of the muffin.

    Finally place the cubes of murabba randomly on the cream and custard and garnish with rose petals and fresh mint leaves.
