The idea of a fun-filled birthday celebration can be different for different people. But for Sara Tendulkar, it definitely has to be about loads of delicious food. The daughter of legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar recently rang in her 25th birthday with cakes and more. But the celebrations didn’t end there, as she took off for a birthday getaway.
The medical graduate from the UK was seen enjoying the pretty views of Budapest, Hungary, as she shared glimpses on her Instagram handle. While the first video was that of a waterfall, where she wrote, “The perfect birthday getaway”, it was the second video that we loved more. Starting with tiny square-shaped orange bites, we saw her moving towards all sorts of sweet and sour candies until we realised that it was a candy store.
Kept in barrels and boxes, colourful, sugar-coated strips tempted us as much as they tempted Sara. Then, she was at this quirky artsy place with lively music. Finally, we saw her gorging on a plateful of sushi, along with nigiri salmon rolls. There were two different types of sushi. One was avocado sushi, while the other was tuna sushi. These were accompanied by some soy sauce and wasabi. She seemed to be having this at the Nobu-Budapest Japanese restaurant, as she tagged the location of the place.
While this is all about her post-birthday indulgence, she welcomed the 25th year with lots of yummy cakes in her pyjamas. Sara is clearly a hardcore foodie with a penchant for both sweet and savoury items. Not just that, she also likes to cook often. This one time during her college days, we saw her sharing her meal prep ideas for breakfast with her followers on social media. Later, we saw her cooking something for her mother along with her father, and well, we have to say that she is quite talented.
