While festivals like Diwali call for mithais, birthdays are almost always associated with yummy cakes. Sara Tendulkar, the daughter of legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, recently turned 25, and she celebrated her special day with a delicious cake.
For those unaware, Sara is a big-time foodie. The medical graduate from the University of London keeps her fans hooked to her Instagram stories, sharing glimpses of her daily nibbles. Since it was her birthday, lots of love and wishes poured in from her friends, family, and fans. Amid all that, we saw Sara cutting a gorgeous cake and we couldn’t take our eyes off it.
Dressed in a comfy, cute outfit, the birthday girl looked super excited as she blew the candles and cut the cake into slices. It was a pink-coloured, princess-themed cake, with unicorns made with whipped cream on top. The cake looked adorable and we were loving every bit of it. The caption of her story read, “Brought in 25 in pyjamas and so so so much love!”.
Given the excitement in her face, it is only a foodie who can look so happy at the sight of something delicious. In fact, this isn’t the first time that Sara has expressed her love for food. Earlier, she used to share her “meal preps” in London while in college. Her healthy breakfast bowls were super cool to watch, and she would actually be very disciplined about her meals.
Then, her cravings also made it to Instagram when she shared a street-style gelato that she enjoyed, as well as her love for ice creams in general. Looks like Sara always had a sweet tooth. Later on her birthday, she posted another picture of the cake, and thanked her friends saying, “the cuuuute cake and all the love”.
