The actor who rang in his 53rd birthday surrounded by his wife, children and siblings was all smiles as he spent a low-key day at home, with lots of cake and good wishes.
Saif Ali Khan brought in his birthday yesterday with a plethora of good wishes from his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan and sister, Soha Ali Khan. Both actresses took to social media to wish the Sacred Games actor a happy birthday, where they shared photographs of Saif posing with his children – Sara, Ibrahim, Taimur and Jeh. He also cut four different cakes for his birthday, based on the glimpses shared – three of them, decadent chocolate cakes of various kinds and one studded with fresh berries.
Soha shared a picture of her brother, Jeh and daughter, Inaaya looking eagerly at one of the cakes, while Saif lovingly held the knife over it, ready to celebrate. She captioned the photograph saying, “Here’s to having your cake and eating it too - and also to sharing it with those who are so evidently eager to partake!! Happy birthday bhai.” In another photo shared by Kareena Kapoor Khan, the actor was seen posing for the camera with his four children, two cakes and a ‘Best Dad’ balloon for company.

Saif, who chose to have a low-key birthday celebration this year, was seen dressed down in kurta-pyjamas and a pair of glasses. He also spent quality time with his children playing a game of Cantan and enjoying gorging on his birthday treats. Sara Ali Khan also shared a sneak-peek of the celebrations where she was seen blowing out the candles on one of the cakes. She wished her father ‘Happiest birthday to my dearest Abba,’. Looks like it truly was a happy birthday in every way!
