Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar needs no introduction, not just in India but anywhere in the world. The legendary batsman is referred to as the 'god of cricket' by his fans, thanks to the number of records the ‘Little Master’ holds. The cricketer is credited for the most number of hundreds in international cricket besides several other records that remain untouched till date. So, when Sachin rang in his 49th birthday on April 24, 2022, wishes poured in for the ace cricketer from all over the world, including social media posts from former teammates and several well-known personalities on the occasion. Tendulkar shared a post revealing what made his birthday special. The cricketer, known for his calm, simple and humble nature, celebrated amidst the company of near and dear ones including his pet dogs too. And like any milestone is incomplete without some delicious food, there was some deliciousness on the table for Tendulkar’s birthday too.
Taking to Instagram, he shared a couple of pictures from his close-knit birthday celebrations, which included a picture of himself cutting a decadent birthday cake. His daughter Sara Tendulkar could also be seen standing by his side. Take a look:
"Brought in my birthday with my loved ones! Thank you everyone for the warm wishes," wrote Tendulkar in the caption of his post. We could see Tendulkar cutting a decadent-looking chocolate truffle cake decorated with flowers and foil on top, which is making us drool for sure.
