Re-sharing a video featuring the halwai at work, preparing a mithai in two huge tumblers, the bride-to-be wrote, "Lol when two foodies decide to celebrate their union". According to a post that the couple shared on social media, they initially intended to get married in April 2020. But owing to the pandemic and the months-long lockdown, the wedding got delayed by almost two years.
