Chicken Soup is a very comforting one pot meal that can be made for Sehri as it is light for the stomach and very digestive. The dish also provides enough protein to the body to carry out the tasks for the day and it is lightly seasoned with some subtle herbs, spices, and a mixture of vegetables. One can add some tender and shredded pieces of chicken to preserve the subtlety and lightness of the dish. Having the dish with a bread toast makes it a satisfying complete meal, especially early in the morning.
* One Pot Shawarma Rice
Shawarma is shredded boneless pieces of chicken thigh that is chopped finely to make a granular consistency of chicken. One pot shawarma rice is the perfect dish that can be prepared within a few minutes. It is made by exquisitely, blending some middle eastern spices with shredded chicken shawarma red rice and some vegetables like onions, bell peppers and carrots. * One Pot Chicken And Potato Curry
Potatoes are a great source of carbohydrates and chicken gives enough protein to the body to sustain a whole day. The combination of potatoes and chicken is great since the body requires both protein and carbohydrates during intense fasting. This potato and chicken curry is made by putting all the ingredients in a pressure cooker and cooking them until 2 to 3 whistles. One can make it as spicy as their preference and add green chilli peppers for the best flavours. The most evident flavour present in the curry is that of tomato purée.
