Ramadan is the holiest month in Islam and during this period, Muslims observe rozas from sunrise to sunset. The two meals Muslims have during this holy month is Suhoor and Iftaar. Suhoor is a meal taken before sunrise and after that, not even a single drop of water could go inside the person fasting. This meal is the first and most important segment of the rozas. 

This is because what you eat as suhoor would sustain you for the whole day. Thus, it becomes essential to include a diet full of nutrients and minerals.
