Known to follow a fitness-conscious lifestyle – Bollywood couple Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani made sure that their fairytale wedding in Goa was nothing short of a reflection of this. Besides the usual indulgent shaadi ka khaana, Rakul and Jackky have reportedly been closely involved in designing the menu for their guests. With many Indian and international dishes making the cut, a chef was hired to curate the preparations and made sure that delicacies like sushi were on offer for guests who wanted to watch what they ate.
Aside from this, many of the dishes on the wedding menu were made gluten-free and sugar-free in order to accommodate dietary restrictions and also allow the guests to be at ease about enjoying the wedding spread. The eco-friendly wedding ceremony had attendees receive digital invitations, as well as consciously eliminated the bursting of crackers. Since both, Rakul Preet and Jackky are mindful of their food choices on a regular basis, it only made sense that they would extend their lifestyle philosophy to their big day.
