If there’s anything intrinsic to a birthday celebration, it has to be the birthday cake. And that’s what Rakul Preet Singh believes too. The actor recently turned a year older and we couldn’t take our eyes off the picture-perfect moments of the birthday bash. She celebrated the day with her B-Town friends in the UK, but what stole the show was a gigantic birthday cake.
Celebrities like Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor, Jacky Bhagnani, Bhumi Pednekar, and Dino Morea graced the occasion with their presence and it seemed like the gang had a blast. The birthday girl posted a series of pictures on her Instagram feed, and the first one is totally relatable for all foodies out there.
She was seen cutting a gigantic cake, looking super excited. The huge chocolate cake also had several layers of cream and it was topped with lots of cherries, grapes, strawberries, and other fruits. The delectable cake seemed to have triggered Rakul’s sweet tooth, as she was seen slicing it up with a lot of energy.
On the side, we could also spot another small chocolate cake and well, this is enough to tell us how much the actor loves chocolate. She captioned the post saying, “What’s a b’day without a mouthful of cake”, and we totally agree.
Her sweet meat indulgences don’t really need a reason. Earlier too, we’ve seen Rakul digging into a bowl of ice cream in the middle of the night and that’s only something that a real foodie would do. The actor also received gifts and lots of food on her birthday from friends and family. Actor Akshay Kumar sent her a lovely chocolate cake and she posted a picture of it saying, “Thankyou Akshay Kumar sir”. She even posted a short video of herself on her stories, eating french fries and wrote, “French fries and b’day”.
