This healthy penne pasta with marinara sauce is the king of quick dinners. Simple is exactly what it means. It is simple in both its ingredient list and preparation procedure, but it also has a lot of heart. In order to create an all-season pasta dish that is warm and comforting in the fall and winter yet light and airy for spring and summer meals, this quick-to-make marinara is made with staple pantry items. Although you may eat this pasta any time of the day, it is best for dinner and can be served even the next day if there are any leftovers straight from the fridge (after reheating, obviously).

Here's how you can make this yummy dish at home:

 A pinch of salt

 500 g pasta

 1 teaspoon olive oil

For the marinara sauce:

2- 3 teaspoons dried basil leaves

 1 tablespoon of olive oil

 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms

 1 cup chopped onions

 1.5 cups marinara sauce

1/2 teaspoon crushed red chilli flakes

 1 teaspoon minced garlic

 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves

3 tablespoons cream mixed with 1/4 cup water

As directed on the package, boil the pasta. After that, season the oil with salt. Boil it, then drain it and put it aside.

The marinara sauce is next. Put all the ingredients together.

Garlic is added to hot oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions and sauté for one minute after it begins to sizzle.

Sauté for another minute after adding the mushrooms.

Stir in the marinara sauce. At this time, combine the cream and spices.

The sauce is complete. seasonings as needed.

Boil the pasta and then add it to the sauce mixture.

To mix, gently stir it in.

Add baby spinach leaves right before serving, stir, and extinguish the flame. If you leave the spinach leaves covered in the heat, they will soften. Add some shredded cheese on top. Enjoy the delicious pasta.
