Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup instant oats (powdered)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Few drops of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Chopped chocolate

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Lubricate a bowl with butter and place it aside.
  3. Mix all the ingredients till well-blended and smooth.
  4. Fill the prepared ramekin till half.
  5. In the middle, put the peanut butter tablespoon and spill the residue of the batter on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 mins or till a cake tester inserted in the centre comes out with just a couple of crumbs.
  7. Cooldown before serving (at least 10 minutes).
  8. Alternatively, you can microwave the mix for a few minutes.

  3. Set the batter aside for 30-35 mins.
  4. Scoop the batter on a hot pan.
