3 Non-Vegetarian Recipes For Your Holi Menu

Just a few days are left for the festival of colours, i.e. Holi and just like veg, non-veg recipes are also famous in states like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. So if you are also a non-veg lover and looking for different recipes, you must read this article. Because today we are telling you some delicious recipes that can be easily prepared on Holi. You don't even need to work hard as these recipes won't take much time to prepare.

Chicken Popcorn

Ingredients:

  1. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Salt - according to taste
  3. Bread powder - 1/2 cup
  4. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  7. Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  8. Chicken - 500 grams
  9. Corn flour - 2 tsp
  10. Turmeric - 1 tsp
  11. Oil - 1 cup

Method:

  1. First, put all the spices in a vessel and mix them well.
  2. Now add bread powder, cornflour to this mixture and mix it well.
  3. Clean the chicken thoroughly, cut it into small pieces, and blend it in this mixture.
  4. Now put oil in a pan for heating. Dip the chicken in the blend, put it in the oil, and fry until golden.
  5. Now serve it with your favourite chutney.

Minced Methi Chicken 

Ingredients:

  1. Fenugreek leaves - 150 grams
  2. Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
  3. Garlic - Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  4. Salt - according to taste
  5. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  6. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Chicken - 500 grams
  8. Onion paste - 1 cup
  9. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  10. Cumin - 1/2 tsp
  11. Bay leaf-2

Method:

  1. First of all, clean the chicken and cut it into small pieces and keep it in a vessel.
  2. Keep oil in a pan for heating, add cumin, bay leaf, ginger-garlic paste and onion paste.
  3. After some time, add other spices to this pan and stir it well.
  4. After 7-8 minutes, put the chicken in it and leave it to cook.
  5. When the chicken is cooked well, put fenugreek leaves on top, stir it once, and turn off the gas.

Cheesy Chicken Finger

Ingredients:

  1. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Garlic paste - 1 /2 tsp
  5. Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  6. Chicken - 500 grams
  7. Salt - as per taste
  8. Corn flour - 3 tsp
  9. Cheese - 1 cup 
  10. Flour - 2 tsp
  11. Oil - 2 cup

Method:

  1. First of all, clean the kitchen, remove the bones, put them in the mixer, and grind them coarsely.
  2. Add red chilli pepper, garlic paste, cheese etc., to chicken, mix it and keep this mixture in the fridge.
  3. After removing it from the heat, use your hands to prepare this mixture in the shape of a finger.
  4. Now put oil in a pan for heating. Prepare a solution of flour and cornflour, dip the prepared chicken finger in it and fry it well in oil.
