Singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh who was last seen in hit Punjabi flick ‘Honsla Rakh’ with Shehnaaz Gill and Sonam Bajwa is busy shooting for his next, but that has not kept him from cooking, and creating hilarious reels while at it. Dosanjh, is inarguably one of the most entertaining actors to follow on Instagram, and if you also happen to be a foodie, then you are surely in for a treat.

The ‘Good Newwz’ actor happens to be an excellent cook, and he gave us the proof yet again with his latest reel which has already clocked more than 2.3 million views. In the reel,  he is preparing a dry paneer dish with the Punjabi song Chicken Tanduri by Gurpal Bhinder and Shashi Sharma playing in the background. In the video he also has company of a friend Eknath Chalke who is seen assisting him with the recipe. From pouring oil, to dancing with Dosanjh in between the stirring and mixing, to cartwheeling cue before bringing in the salt, he did his best to match Dosanjh’s energy. Coming to the chef himself, Diljit started his cooking by adding some chopped tomatoes and onions in a hot pan, further, he added the paneer, salt and all other ingredients, and put the lid on. After much singing and dancing, he opened the lid and revealed the final dish to his followers which looked every bit lip-smacking. Finally, in ‘salt-bae’ style he garnished the dish with heaps of chopped coriander and relished it with his friends. “Banto De Dhabe Te Murgi 7.5 Di” he wrote in his caption. Further, he also said that it was a paneer dish, and no chicken was harmed during the making of the reel, though he couldn’t say the same about the paneer.

“Although it’s Paneer Not Chicken. P.S. - No Chicken was harmed during the making of this Reel. Paneer jaroor Hurt hoyea”, he wrote.

The dish looks so fine, we are giggling and ogling at the same time. The reel also made us crave some delish paneer, if you are on the same page with us, here’s a delicious recipe of Masala Paneer Dry, try it at home and let us know how you liked it.
