    2 cups graham cracker crumbs 

    1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 

    4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened 

    1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

    1 cup sour cream 

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

    4 large eggs 


    Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

    In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust. Place it in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
