Peppermint Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¼ cup mocha cold brew
- 2 oz. dark chocolate
- 1 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 ½ oz. Peppermint schnapps
Method
- Heat a saucepan and add milk. Also, add both chocolates.
- Wisk chocolates and milk. Slowly add mocha cold brew and whisk.
- Remove the pan and add peppermint schnapps.
- Pour into the mug. Add whipped cream and sprinkle festive crushed cane pieces.
Spicy Spiced Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 oz. Dark chocolate
- 1 oz. Milk chocolate
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 2 oz. spiced rum
Method
- Heat a pan and add milk. Add chocolates.
- Combine chocolate and milk. Add spices and whisk.
- Remove the pan and add in spiced rum.
- Add in a hot mug and top with whipped cream. Drizzle with caramel syrup.
Tipsy Marshmallow Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 oz milk chocolate
- 2 oz dark chocolate
- 1 oz. Kahlua
- 4 large marshmallows
Method
- Heat a pan and add milk with chocolates.
- Whisk everything together and let it boil to simmer.
- Remove from pan and add Kahlua or any other coffee liqueur.
- Pour into a mug and top with roasted marshmallows.
- Serve!
Baileys Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 1 oz. Dark chocolate
- 1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 oz. Baileys Original Irish cream
Method
- Heat a pan and add milk. Add both chocolates and whisk it.
- After 2 minutes, remove the saucepan and whisk in the Baileys.
- Pour into a hot mug with whipped cream on the top and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
Dairy Free Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 oz. dark chocolate
- 1 oz. Semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup nutpods unsweetened vanilla creamer
- 1 ½ oz. Cinnamon schnapps
- Whipped cream
Method
- Heat a pan and add the non-dairy creamer. Also, add both chocolates. Whisk.
- After a minute, remove the pan and add in schnapps.
- Pour into a mug and top it with whipped cream.
- Serve!
