‘Flavours Of The Grill’, OPUS, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai

With their carefully chosen Flavours of the Grill experience, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai brings the spirit of iftar gatherings to life at OPUS this Ramadan 2026. The menu includes smokey grilled steaks with artichoke and herb aioli, chargrilled harissa celeriac, and a pair of tandoori potatoes with pomegranate and mint chutney. Malai broccoli and mushroom skewers, chipotle-lime skewers, and Mediterranean vegetable platters are also available on the grill. In addition to staples like Kandhari chicken tikka and lamb shish kebabs, main courses include Mediterranean lamb chops with tzatziki, harissa-roasted baby chicken with batata harra, and Lebanese grilled prawns with saffron rice. Tropical vanilla and rum grilled pineapple, caramelised with vanilla and rum and served with coconut sorbet for a cool finish, is the last dish for dessert on the menu.

With a new sushi menu that reflects the nation's growing appreciation for Japanese cuisine, Indian Craft Brewery (ICB) follows the trend as sushi continues to gain a devoted following throughout India. Ruhaniyat, a tailored Iftaari experience that can be ordered via ITC Gourmet Couch and honours the diversity of India's culinary tradition, is an invitation from ITC Grand Central Mumbai to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan. The offering, which honours tradition, introspection, and community, is offered both à la carte and through set menu selections. It can also be savoured through well chosen takeaway. Iftaari provides food boxes so that guests can select the format that best fits their festivities. Khajoor sets the typical tone for the Iftaari menu, which is followed by traditional starters like seekh gilafi dum pukht, which are served with sheermal and a variety of Indian breads. The first course is finished with traditional nehari accompaniments, dal bukhara, and anaar kheera raita. Slow-cooked traditional dishes like haleem, shahi nehari, murgh yakhni pulao, and murgh handi qorma, which are all made using traditional methods and add richness, and decadence to the Iftaari table, are at the center of the experience. These hearty recipes capture the spirit of Ramadan feasting as they are filling and incredibly delicious. Seviyon ka muzzaffar, a saffron-infused vermicelli dessert topped with nuts, brings the dinner to a sophisticated sweet conclusion.
