This set menu, available from Monday to Friday between 12 noon and 6 pm, is a beautiful ode to North Indian classics, thoughtfully curated into a five-course spread. It begins with a comforting soup—Cream of Tomato, Haryali Shorba, or Manchow—followed by the much-loved Palak Patta Chaat, crisp and flavourful.
