Have you ever been to a Turkish ice cream stall and came across the fun tricks? Well, this Nagpur vendor is doing the same but with our favourite chai.
If you have ever visited a Dondurma or Turkish ice cream store, then you must be aware of the fun tricks that the vendors employ to attract their customers. The fun tricks used by them have won over customers more than the never-melting ice cream. If you have never tasted Turkish ice cream, then you must be wondering why vendors use these tricks. But have you ever imagined what would happen if they used regular ice cream for these tricks? Needless to say, the ice cream would be a melting mess at the end and we wouldn’t be able to enjoy even a single serving of it. Or, what if these vendors played tricks with something that is enjoyed hot? By the time they are done with their tricks, the food would have become cold. This has happened with India’s favourite beverage. Yes, you guessed it right. A Nagpur vendor is serving his dum chai with the help of these tricks and the internet doesn’t seem pleased. Take a look:
As you can see in this video uploaded by the Instagram food blogger Amar Sirohi (@foodie_incarnate), this Nagpur street vendor is playing fun tricks to allow the food blogger to relish a sip of Hyderabadi Irani dum chai. The vendor first adds milk to a cup that is reduced to half followed by a tea concoction and malai on top. Although the trick seems really fun, netizens simply cannot take it when someone messes with chai.
Although the video has been viewed 131k times in just three days and liked by 14k people, the comments section is flooded with remarks from netizens who are displeased with the serving style of the vendor. Here’s what they have to say:
“So irritating pta nhi kya hi vadiya h esa krne m”
“Isko paise dete time aisa karna chahiye 😁”
“Is chakkar me to thandi ho jati hogi chai😂”
“Chai Dena ha toh do warna bye bye tata 😂😂😂😂😂"
