Beet a Treat
Ingredients
- 60ml Maka Zai gold rum
- 40ml beetroot syrup
- 10ml espresso
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- 10g palm sugar
- Garnish: coffee beans
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker and give it a nice shake.
- Pour into a coupe glass with ice and garnish with some coffee beans. Cheers!
Red Melon Collins
Ingredients:
- 60ml Maka Zai white rum
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml honey water
- 30ml carbonated water
- 4-5 fresh watermelon chunks
- 2-3 fresh basil leaves
Method:
- Add all the ingredients directly into a highball glass over ice.
- Garnish with fresh basil and watermelon chunks and enjoy.
Bloody Whisky
Ingredients:
- 50ml whisky
- 30ml blood orange (fresh or cordial)
- 10 ml sweet and sour mix
Method:
- Add the whisky, blood orange, and sweet and sour mix into a mixing glass.
- Add ice and shake hard, till chilled. Strain the drink out into a glass filled with ice.
Passionate Picante
Ingredients:
- 60ml tequila
- 30ml passion fruit
- 35ml lime juice
- 10ml jalapeno brine
- 3 jalapeno slices
Method:
- Add the ingredients into a shaker and give it a whirl for 30 seconds.
- Pour the liquid in an old-fashioned glass that is coated with paprika, salt and sugar on the rim. Serve.
