Lemon Ninja by Nishant K Gaurav, Mixologist At Guppy
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of grapefruit
- 1 slice of orange
- 2 basil leaves
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 20 ml orange juice
- 60 ml gin
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Shake well with ice cubes.
- Take a fancy, clear glass, and strain the cocktail into it.
- Garnish with a basil leaf and a slice of grapefruit and serve.
Salty Bae By Harish Chhimwal, Lead Mixologist At Monkey Bar
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Skinos Mastiha
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Dry White Wine
- 5 ml Olive Brine
- 4 drops of Saline Solution
- 60 ml Soda Water
Instructions:
- Build directly in a chilled highball glass over ice.
- Stir gently to mix.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice and green olives before serving.

Ingredients:
- 200ml Gin
- 80ml Watermelon Juice
- 40ml Amaro
- 40ml Homemade Strawberry syrup
- 80ml Lime Acid
Instructions:
- Take gin, watermelon juice, Amaro, strawberry syrup, and lime acid in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously till the contents are well mixed.
- Strain the beverage through a coffee filter.
- Pour it into a clear glass with a block of ice, and serve.
Soldado By Fay Barretto From Miss Margarita
Ingredients:
- 60 ml mezcal
- 20 ml mint & watermelon rind shrub
- 10 ml supasawa
- 10 ml milk
Instructions:
- Shake mezcal, supasawa, mint and watermelon rind shrub.
- Mix in milk gently.
- Pour the cocktail into a glass and garnish with a watermelon ball and mint air.
- Serve with a whimsical hat.
Silk Route Serenity By Fay Barretto for Mezze Mambo
Ingredients:
- 60ml Bourbon whiskey
- 15ml Pistachio syrup
- 5ml Pistachio paste
- 5ml Citric
- 10ml Milk
- 20ml Fresh cream
- 20ml Heavy cream
Instructions:
- Add the whiskey, pistachio syrup, citric acid and pistachio paste in a shaker glass.
- Roll it 5-6 times with lots of ice.
- Pour this into a tumbler glass with a large cube of ice.
- Add the milk and cream to a siphon gun and add a generous amount on top of the glass
- Garnish using toasted and chopped pistachios.
