People have finally started to travel again, as the pandemic is slowly losing its grip in India and things are getting back to normal. As tourism is picking up, Indians are going out to explore nearby destinations and there’s a spike in domestic travel. The much-awaited road trips are becoming a popular choice for travelling, keeping in mind the Covid-appropriate practices - like wearing a mask and sanitising hands frequently. Leading the pack of celebrities, it seems is Mira Kapoor, who embarked on a road trip recently with her two kids Misha and Zain Kapoor. The diva took to Instagram to share a Reels video, capturing her road trip shenanigans. The short video featured some scenic views along with some delicious childhood treats that took us down memory lane. Take a look:
The clip begins with Mira, Misha and Zain doing a 'cheers' motion with their coffees and shakes. We could also spot Zain eating a yummy dosa. Post this, we saw them travelling through beautiful landscapes and picturesque backdrops. And just like all our trips are incomplete without short pitstops, Mira’s road trip was no different. From candies and confectionery to chips and snacks, we could see all such foodie’s delights on Mira’s road trip. "Road Trip feat. Fusion gum, Piknik, Peppy & several stops," wrote Mira Kapoor in the caption of her post. While fusion gum is a popular brand of chewing gum, Piknik and Peppy are both crunchy chips that as kids most of us have binged on.
This looks like a super fun road trip, doesn't it? And we bet every foodie can relate to the love for these staple childhood favourites such as chewing gum and chips. If you follow Mira on social media, you would know how she’s a true-blue foodie who cannot resist the sight of good Asian food. She belongs to Delhi, and has often shared her love for some of Delhi’s popular food hotspots on social media. Besides, she also keeps sharing her other food shenanigans including hilarious food captions. Recently, she shared a picture of herself with a hilarious foodie caption. "Talk to me after I've eaten, I will be all ears and a lot more, #dontleavemehangry," she wrote in the post.
