Mexican Churros

Ingredients:

  1. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  2. Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
  3. All-purpose flour - 1 cup
  4. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  5. Sugar powder - 1 cup
  6. Sugar - 1/ 2 cups
  7. Butter - 1 tsp
  8. Milk - 1 cup
  9. Oil - 1 cup 

Method:

  1. First, mix milk, sugar and butter in a vessel, and boil it.
  2. Then, add vanilla essence, all-purpose flour and cardamom powder and mix well.
  3. In a pan, add oil for heating. 
  4. Fill the flour mixture in a piping bag with a star nozzle, put it in the heating oil, and fry it until golden.
  5. After frying the churros, sprinkle sugar powder over them and serve.

Tres Leches Cake

Ingredients:

  1. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  2. Baking powder - 1 tsp
  3. Sugar powder - 1 cup
  4. Flour - 1/2 cup
  5. Cream - 1 cup
  6. Salt - 1/4 tsp
  7. Eggs - 4

Method:

  1. Crack the egg and divide the white and yellow parts.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla essence, salt and butter to the yellow part and mix it well.
  3. Then, put a little sugar on the white part and mix it well.
  4. Add baking soda to the flour and mix it with the yellow mixture.
  5. Preheat the oven, put the yellow mixture in the cake baking vessel, and bake it.
  6. Now, put the white mixture on top of it and bake again
  7. Tres leches cake is ready to serve.

Lime Margarita Bar

Ingredients:

  1. Graham cracker crumbs - 1 tsp
  2. All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Lemon juice - 2/4 tsp
  4. Orange juice - 1 tsp
  5. Butter - 4 tsp
  6. Sugar - 1 cup
  7. Eggs - 1

Method:

  1. First, put graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter in a vessel, and mix it well.
  2. Add the all-purpose flour, lemon juice and eggs, and mix it well.
  3. Now, make the flour mixture in the shape of barfi and bake it in the oven.
  4. After baking, take it out, pour the egg mixture over it, and bake again.
  5. After about 5 minutes, the Mexican Margarita Bar will be ready to serve.
