  1. Mixed berries - half cup
  2. Coconut milk - 1 tsp

  4. Chia seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Banana - 1


  1. Mix all these ingredients in a blender and mix it well for about 30 to 40 seconds. 
  2. You can mix chia seeds on top if you want, but before doing this, leave it to soak in the water for 10 minutes.

  1. Paneer (shredded) - half cup
  2. Protein powder - 2 tsp
  3. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  4. Ice cubes - 3 to 4
  5. Spinach - 1 bowl
  6. Water- half cup
  7. Honey - 1 tsp


  1. Mix all these ingredients in a blender and mix for about 1 minute. 
  2. When this paste becomes thick, serve in a glass to drink. 
  3. You can increase or decrease the water according to the need.

  2. Soya milk - half cup
  3. Ice cubes - 3 to 4
  4. Chia seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Vanilla - 3 tsp
  6. Apple - 1


  1. Wash the apple, cut it into small pieces, and put it in the blender. 
  2. Add soy milk, vanilla, cashew butter, chia seeds, ice cubes and blend it well. 
  3. Keep in mind that the paste should be thick.
