With the mercury rising higher each day, Iced Coffee seemed to be a great reliever. Brew your cup of coffee in hot water but interestingly this is served chilled with ice. This is made by steeping coffee grinds in hot water for 5-6 minutes to allow the flavour to develop. It uses one of the most common brewing methods.

Banana Breakfast Coffee
Adding creamy smooth banana milk to your morning cold brew makes it taste rich and delicious. Talk about an eye-opening good-for-you breakfast in a cup!
Ingredients
● 60ml cup milk (Skimmed)
● 1 very ripe banana
● 1 tablespoon simple syrup (Sugar Syrup)
● ice cubes
● 100ml cup cold brew coffee (can be french press)
If you are using espresso reduce to single shot and increase milk to 100ml
Directions
● Combine milk, banana, and simple syrup in a blender; blend until very smooth, about 1 minute.
● Fill two 14-ounce glasse with ice cubes. Pour brewed coffee/ espresso over ice cubes. Pour banana milk on top, stir it well and enjoy.
Cappuccino on Ice
Delicious on hot days! Perfect summer drink with extra dose of caffine.
Ingredients
● 100ml strong brewed coffee
● 50ml sweetened condensed milk
● 50ml half-and-half cream
● 15ml vanilla syrup
If you are using espresso/ Moka pot coffee, reduce to single shot and increase milk to 100ml
Directions
● In a medium bowl, combine coffee and milk. Whisk in half-and-half and vanilla until well blended. Pour into glasses filled with ice.
Iced Caramel Macchiato
A perfect balance of coffee, vanilla, milk, and caramel makes a sweet and creamy summer drink. This popular drink can be made easily at home.
Ingredients
● 15ml tablespoon vanilla-flavored syrup
● 6-8 ice cubes
● 60ml milk
● 100ml Cold Brew Concentrate/ brewed coffee
● 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
If you are using espresso/ Moka pot coffee, reduce to single shot and increase milk to 100ml
Directions
● Pour vanilla syrup into the bottom of a glass. Add ice cubes and pour in milk.
● Slowly pour in coffee concentrate. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
Vietnamese Iced Coffee
Strong coffee with sweetened condensed milk and chilled on ice makes an unbeatable Southeast Asian treat. Even those who only take their coffee black will like this. Serve it on hot summer days or as an evening treat.
Ingredients
● 150ml Brewed Coffee
● 30ml sweetened condensed milk
● 6-8 ice cubes
Directions
● Brew coffee with water using your preferred method to make brewed coffee. Spoon 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk into glass. Pour freshly brewed hot coffee into each cup, and stir to dissolve the milk.
● Serve guests glass of coffee, and give each one a tall glass with ice cubes, and a long handled spoon. Guests pour hot coffee over the ice cubes and stir briskly with the long handled spoon, making an agreeable clatter with the ice cubes to chill the coffee.
Almond Iced Mocha
Super easy iced coffee that can be made with items you most likely have.
Ingredients
● 100ml brewed coffee/ Coldbrew Concentrate
● 60 cup soy milk
● 30ml chocolate syrup
● 1 tablespoon peanut butter
● 10ml vanilla syrup
● Low calorie sucralose sweetener as per your taste
Directions
● Pour coffee into an ice cube tray; freeze until coffee ice cubes form, 1 to 2 hours.
● Combine coffee ice cubes, soy milk, chocolate syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and no-calorie sweetener in a blender. Cover and blend until frothy.
Caramel-Coconut Iced Coffee
A sweet treat iced cold brew coffee is a flavorful perk-up any time of day.
Ingredients
● 6 cubes ice cubes, or as needed
● 100ml Cold Brew Concentrate/ brewed coffee
● 60ml Coconut milk
● 30ml Caramel Syrup
● 1 tablespoon whipped topping (Optional)
● 1 teaspoon sweetened flaked coconut (Optional)
● 2 teaspoons caramel ice cream topping (Optional)
Directions
● Fill a large glass with ice cubes. Add cold brew concentrate, Coconut milk, and Caramel Syrup; stir well.
Garnish with whipped topping, coconut flakes, and/or caramel syrup as desired
