Ingredients:

1 whole freshwater fish (such as a carp or catfish), cleaned and scaled

2 lemons, juiced

3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 teaspoons of turmeric powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 cloves of garlic, minced

Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the marinade by combining the lemon juice, olive oil, turmeric powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic in a bowl. Mix well to create a smooth marinade.
