However, the television personality and yoga enthusiast is also known to practice a strict lifestyle that includes habits like going to bed early and eating a solid breakfast to begin her day. An advocate for holistic well-being, Malaika teaches her fans by example – case in point the picture of her breakfast that she shared yesterday.
The beautifully plated spread included an omelette, a slice of multigrain toast, a bowl of blueberries and a serving of hot sauce on the side. The fluffy omelette appeared to have been cooked with greens of some kind, increasing the nutritional value of her breakfast – reinstating the diet plan she shared with her fans, where she mentioned having eggs with spinach and mushrooms for breakfast.
