Snacking while working on the laptop is the most addictive combination ever. With burgers, samosas, fries and sugary drinks, we have made ourselves very lazy and overweight. We know the side-effects of an unhealthy diet but can’t stop ourselves from binge-eating high-calorie snacks. It is the untimely cravings that have made us used to these food items.   

Most of us head to the gym to get rid of the unwanted fats but don’t pay attention to our calorie-intake. We become picky while deciding the menu for the three meals of the day but ignore the snacks we eat in between.
