Indians produced paneer pudding, or cottage cheese pudding, to compete with Western counterparts such as chocolate pudding, cream cheese pudding, and custard pudding. It's a relatively new recipe, and few people are aware of it. It isn't as well-known as other puddings on the market, but that doesn't mean it isn't worth a shot.
Although paneer pudding resembles the popular Indian dessert 'rabdi,' it is not the same.
Let's first talk about the origin of its main ingredient called paneer-

It was found many years ago in the Indian subcontinent and is also known as Indian cottage cheese. It is commonly consumed in a variety of recipes throughout India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Pakistan, and is also a popular vegetarian ingredient.
It can be created at home by curdling milk with lemon juice, or it can be purchased fresh in stores. While pudding was not invented in India, it was created by the British, but is now consumed all over the world in various forms. There are hundreds of various types of pudding available around the world, from chocolate pudding to custard pudding to fruit pudding, and now our own paneer pudding.
