Make The tastiest Besan Mirchi Ke Tipore

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 tbsp roasted besan
  • 3 to 4 chilies (moti mirchi) (you can also replace this with capsicum
  • ½ tsp coriander (whole)
  • ½ tsp fennel seeds
  •  ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander seed powder
  • 1 tsp oil
  • water
  • Chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Hing

Method

  • Take a pan and dry roast the besan.
  • Cut chilies or capsicum 
  • Pound coriander and fennel seeds
  • Take a pan
  • Add oil and add the grind spices
  • Add chilies to the pan
  • Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder 
  • Add dry mango powder and give it a stir
  • Add little sugar and splash some water
  • Add roasted besan and give it a good mix
  • After its done, turn off the flame
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves

  • Make sure you do not cook the chilies for over 2 minutes
  • Avoid using super spicy chilies. Preferably use moti mirch is often less spicy
  • You can also store and use it in traveling as it can stay fine for a couple of days
