Make Healthy Pumpkin Banana Bread This Winter Season

Ingredients-

 Banana

 Pumpkin Puree

 Ground Nutmeg

 Cinnamon

 Clove

 Ginger

 Pecans

 All Purpose Flour

 Baking Powder

 Baking Soda

 Vanilla Extract

 Salt

 Brown Sugar

 Olive Oil

 Granulated Sugar

 Eggs

Method-

1. In an 8x4-inch loaf pan, grease and line it. Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a bowl, combine the following ingredients: brown sugar, granulated sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

3. Combine eggs, banana puree, pumpkin puree, vanilla essence, and olive oil in a separate bowl.

4. Just combine the dry components with the wet ones.

5. Add the pecans, chopped.

6. Fill the pan with the batter.

7. When a toothpick is placed into the bread, it should come out clean after 50 to 55 minutes of baking. After removing the pan from the oven, give it 10 minutes to rest. Cool the bread on a wire rack after removing it from the pan. Serve after cutting into slices.

Serving And Storage Tips

Serve with a cup of your favourite tea or coffee for breakfast or as an evening snack. You may also offer it as a dessert after regular meals or carry it in your children's snack box.

Wrap the Pumpkin Bread carefully in plastic wrap once it has totally cooled. Preserve this bread at room temperature for 3 days before storing it in the refrigerator for 5 days. You can even put it in the freezer! Wrapping it tightly in plastic wrap is the best way to freeze it. Make sure there is no air inside and that you wrap it as firmly as possible. When finished, place the bread in a ziplock bag or an airtight container and freeze for 2-3 months. If you want to eat it again, simply thaw it in the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature. Serve it cold or first make it warm in the oven or microwave.
