    Pistachio powder 2 cups

    Ghee 1 1/2 tbsp to grease

    Sugar 3/4 cup

    Milk 1/2 tbsp

    Liquid glucose 2 tbsp

    Silver vark to garnish


1. Put some ghee on a barfi tray to grease it.

2. In a non-stick skillet, heat sugar with 1/4 cup water while stirring until the sugar dissolves.

3. Add milk, whisk, and remove any scum that appears on top. Cook until a little syrupy thickening occurs.

4. Liquid glucose should be added and thoroughly mixed. Mix thoroughly after adding ghee.

5. Pistachio powder should be added and thoroughly combined until a lump forms. Place the mixture in a bowl and give it some time to cool. Put some ghee on your hands and gently knead the mixture.

6. This mixture should be uniformly distributed throughout the barfi tray. To level the surface, spread some ghee on a rolling pin and roll over it.

7. Put on the silver vark garnish and let it cool to room temperature.

8. Place them on a serving tray, cut them into diamonds, and serve.
